I partner with new leaders (from internal transfers/promotions
or external hires) to create, communicate, and integrate their vision with their organization through
one-on-one consultation, executive retreats, and strategic planning and goal deployment.
CHANGE STRATEGY CONSULTANT:
Creating, implementing, and supporting change (both
cultural and structural). This multiple-step process includes initial consultation and analysis of the
change needed, group discussions to foster buy-in, strategic planning sessions with senior leadership
and advisory teams, executive (and team and key contributor) coaching, co-creating internal and
external communications, and monitoring of implementation.
EXECUTIVE COACHING:
For individuals, teams, and problem pairs, I provide perspective, a
sounding board, and learning and development plans (including 360-degree evaluations) to increase
leadership acumen.
TEAM RETREAT FACILITATOR:
I partner with singular or multiple divisions to form clear and
achievable missions, goals, strategies to establish a powerful and effective team.
MEDIATOR:
